Avoid Damage to Your ID Card

Please do not punch holes in your card, bend your card excessively, or use your card for unintended purposes. Any of these alterations could render it unusable. Replacement student cards cost $20.

Brief Planned Downtimes for Upgrades, June 5-6

Because of critical University-wide technology upgrades, the Student Service Center website will be intermittently unavailable between 5:00 p.m. Friday, June 5, and 5:00 p.m. Saturday, June 6. Please plan ahead, and thank you for your patience as these upgrades are performed.

ID Photo Submission Unavailable Due to Planned Upgrade

Due to a scheduled system upgrade, ID Photo Submission will be unavailable from Friday, 7/24 at 6:00 p.m. to Sunday 7/26 at 9:00 a.m. Thank you for your patience.

ID Center Closing at 4:30, Friday, July 24
Because of a systems upgrade, the ID Center in Kent Hall will close at 4:30 p.m. today, Friday, July 24. Normal hours will resume Monday, July 27.
Student Service Center and ID Center Weekend Hours

The Student Service Center and ID Center will be open Sunday, August 30 for New Student Move-In Day, and Saturday, September 5 for Continuing Student Move-In Day. The hours are as follows:

Student Service Center:  August 30 and September 5, 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

ID Center:  August 30 and September 5, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Inquiries on Student Payroll and Stipend Payments

Our help desk services have been enhanced to provide a single, dedicated resource for students with questions related to student payroll and stipend payments and also a corresponding issue resolution process. Students can alert us to their question or issue by:

Both of these channels reach the same group. Channels that previously have been in use are now consolidated here. By strengthening coordination across administrative functions, students will be able to more easily resolve problems due to insufficient documentation and other issues that, in rare instances, have caused a delay in processing student payroll and stipends. These changes are part of the ongoing assessment and enhancement of student service operations conducted by the University’s central Human Resources and Finance offices.

For inquiries related to student accounts, tuition and fees, refunds, and transcripts, the existing Student Service Centers remain available.
